Question:How can I mark a whole Windows folder with all subfolders as read-only?
Answer:You can either
It will do it for all the subfolders unless you disabled applying inheritable attributes (this can be done or un-done with a click on 'Advanced')
You can also open a 'DOS box' (command line interpreter), go into the folder and use the attrib command as shown below:
